Number 56, Camillia

Camillia.
This was at the garden centre, my neighbour has 2 very large Camillia's which are always covered in buds, but I have yet to see it flower as it always gets hit by the frost! This is the first time I have seen a flower open and I understand now, why he keeps trying, its such a perfect bloom!

I love cammelias but they don't grow well in our soil

I know that I could grow one in a pot, but I am so busy up the lottie that I can't spare the time for pot watering every day - well any more pot watering than I do already.

Camellias are so beautiful - their blooms so stunning. This is a great image. It brightened up this dull, grey day a treat!
