Number 38, Teasels in the Sky!

I love the idea of this, just not sure I have got it right! So which one is the better one

I like the first one best (no definite reason why!) Great photos both of them.

I agree, the composition feels better in the first, the movement is left to right with about the right balance of light and dark, more dark on the bottom gives it the right amount of weight..

hang on i'm sounding far to tech/art for this time of the morning

They are both good pics which you should be pleased with

Hi! I found your blog through Talj's and couldn't resist having a look :)

I really like the silhouettes here, the first one being my favourite too. Those clouds are beautiful and really add to the shot. I like it particularly because of the composition - the empty space to the right of the teasels is lovely.

I will check back often! :)

I like the top one..the way the plant and the wire fencing frame the photo, just has more appeal to me.
Very nice BTW..!

The second might be interesting zoomed in more to see all th elittle parts of the teasels with the lighter sky behind.

Overall, I like the first one, with more of the wire and other grass/sticks showing too.

Nice to capture the winter side of things.
