Number 2
I like this, the mistyness is, I think, the angle of the camera to the suns rays. The bird is a Thrush, shame about the yellow beetle in the background, but hey this is only my second photo!
I am a stay at home mum, due to a daughter with Neurological Diversity! I am too busy to get bored and how people fit in work I'll never know! I craft, sewing, knitting and anything else that takes my fancy. I garden and have dug up part of my garden for veg patches! I now have two greenhouses both heated! Plus a new jungle bed which I started 2007! This has really captured my imagination to the extent that I now own 30 Brugmansia Bushes/Trees and many other beautiful Exotic Plants, so join me and see what mischief I get up to whilst home alone!!!

Fantastic Libby - why a shame about the 'herbie' in the background? It is a lovely photo composition.
And this challenge is fun, fun, fun not just about beautiful sunsets, or works of art.
Anyway - think laterally - it is a very clever photo because thrush like to eat beetles don't they. LOL
that's a lovely photo libby, it looks very tranquil and calm.
This looks like an early morning shot of a peaceful place. The early bird is waiting for the worm..!
So nice to see a thrush; we so rarely get them around our way now. Well done with photo No 2; only another 363 to go this year. LOL
Lovely photo libby! Think the photos I took today will be misty!
363, I'm going to have to get ahead of myself, I have to go into hospital a week on Friday!!!!!!
I laughed to read Allotment Lady's reference to the V.W. as "a herbie". That's what my 7 year old granddaughter calls it too.
I do look forward, Libby, to seeing your surroundings, birds and barns and herbies too.
Oh, and one more word, best wishes to you regarding your hospitalization next week. Annie
Its still a great photo "herbie" or not. I wouldn't have noticed if you didn't point it out!
Hope all goes well for the hospital trip.
