Number 18, Lacock Village
This is a back lane in Lacock. The Hotel on the right is 'The Sign of the Angel' and information about it and its history can be found here. Part of one of 'Poirot' was filmed here!!
This is such a beautiful, quaint town. I can see why its used in the film industry. I really have to visit your fabulous country sometime. Thanks so much for visiting my blog and I hope you return again. I try to post every day though I am not on the DP link. I enjoyed viewing your blog pictures.
Wow, what a nice photo. As I live in England also, I have seen so many beautiful places like this(and so many horrible ones, but that's not my point!) Helen
I am a stay at home mum, due to a daughter with Neurological Diversity! I am too busy to get bored and how people fit in work I'll never know! I craft, sewing, knitting and anything else that takes my fancy. I garden and have dug up part of my garden for veg patches! I now have two greenhouses both heated! Plus a new jungle bed which I started 2007! This has really captured my imagination to the extent that I now own 30 Brugmansia Bushes/Trees and many other beautiful Exotic Plants, so join me and see what mischief I get up to whilst home alone!!!

Love watching Poirot!
Everything looks so old but I guess that's why they want to keep it that way.
Great photo!!
Not a soul in sight! Really oldy worldy feel to this.
Lovely there isn't it - I love the back lanes
What a great place. I love Poirot too, though he isn't on as much here as he used to be.
I will come back and check the link..
I'm totally charmed by this place.
What a lovely scene. Please share more!! And thanks for the trivia about 'Poirot' (my son loved that show when he was younger).
This is just as I imagine it looks in England....well, in some places.
Beautiful angle and perspective and I love that there are no people in it!
