- I am a stay at home mum, due to a daughter with Neurological Diversity! I am too busy to get bored and how people fit in work I'll never know! I love the dark leaved cannas more than the plain green ones. Last year I left a few of ours in the ground and they made it through the winter... I think a snail fancied a taste of one of them before one of the leaves unfurled...now the leaf is open it looks like a row of bullet holes across it!
