So off down the garden I toddle and find this!!! A Peony (sp. well it is early)
Yesterdays scarecrow was 'The Queen'. But quite why the horse was wearing the crown, I don't know!!

Hi Libby, thanks for stopping by Cricket Chronicles. I must say that I am very excited about the concept of using newspapers (lasagna gardening) to make new beds without digging! I have heard from numerous people that it really works well. No digging! I recommend getting the book "Lasagna Gardening" as it is supposed to be quite good judging by reviews. It is in my local library, too. Ta ra, Julia
